Dock Shelter Overview

Mechanical dock shelters are manufactured in accordance with European standards and provide secure sealing between loading docks and freight vehicles. These shelters ensure quick and safe loading/unloading operations, making them an ideal solution for medium-strength loading sites.

The standard size dock shelter accommodates vehicles of all sizes, from small trucks to standard trucks. During operations, the vehicle's rear enters the shelter, enabling goods handling in any weather conditions. Excellent sealing functionality prevents excessive wind and foreign matter from entering the workspace.

Construction & Materials

The KDRL dock shelter features hot-dip galvanized steel arcs with a 60 x 30 mm cross-section, connected with parallel bars. Side and top canvas is constructed from polyester PVC (polyvinyl chloride) self-extinguishing textile weighing 750 g/m³, with reinforcement at critical stress points.
